サブレット２週間、大きなベッドルーム　$550/2週間(8月14日-9月1日か2日まで)
4ｘ4mのきれいなベッドルーム。大きなアパートメントを3人でシェアして住んでいます。
部屋は明るく快適、部屋にはクイーンサイズのベッド、ドレッサー、机、小さなランプ付きテーブル、本棚と大きな窓があります。
大きなリビングルームにある机も使用可能です。

アパートメントは素敵です！約700フィート(210?)もあります。地下鉄Fラインで15th St/Prospect Park駅、
場所はちょうどProspect Parkから横切った所で、Prospect Parkはコンサートやピクニックの可能な大きな公園です。
映画館、カフェやグロッサリーストアも徒歩5分圏内にあります。おしゃれなバー、レストランやショッピングエリアも徒歩10分圏内にあります。
マンハッタンへは地下鉄で15分です。

2人のおしゃれでリラックスした男性2人との同居になります。(ベッド部屋は個室)ニューヨークで育った中国人と、チリから来た男性です。
私はマドリード(スペイン)から来たファッションデザイナー＆写真家です。夏休暇中マドリードに戻り、9月初旬にNYに戻ります。

NICE LARGE BEDROOM FOR 2 WEEKs SUBLET (negotiable if more) - $550/2 weeks - AUGUST 14th MOVE-IN
(negotiable for move in before 14th, but stay till Septembre 1st or 2nd ).

13'x13' furnished bedroom in beautiful, large, shared 3 people apartment.
Bright room, comfortable queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, little table with lamp and bookshelf and big window.
You will also have a desk available in the large living room.
The apartment is great!! Around 700 feet, steps from the F subway train stop at 15th St/Prospect Park,
and literally across the street from Prospect Park, beautiful big park with concerts and picnic choices ;)
Movie theatre, cafes and grocery stores are less than a 5 minute walk. Cool bars, restaurants and shopping
are all less than a 10 minute walk.
Manhattan is a 15 minutes in Subway.

Living with 2 cool and laybacks guys, one chinese grew up in NY, the other one for Chile.
I'm a fashion designer and photographer from Madrid (Spain), i'll return to my city on vacation, and I'll be
back in early September.
