I wish I could type this in Japanese for everyone to understand, but this will have to do.
As some people may or may not know, it is with great regret and sadness that I must state that Saya passed away at 5:27AM on March 15th, 2011.

There were rumors stating that she committed suicide, these rumors are not true. Saya was involved in a accident, the details of this accident are not known and I must demand that you do not ask her friends and family for the details. This is a private matter restricted to her family's social circle.

As much as I wish this was a sick joke or a poor translation of faulty information, it is not.
