I'm sorry to be so late.

I didn't intend to do, but I stay up at Takadanobaba last night
by happening, so I couldn't write my diary.

I wanna wirte about the reform of the law of obligation.

In the near future, the law will be reformed radicaly.

That is because, the Japanese government think that Japan should catch up
on the legislation of other countries.

Through this reform, the Japanese commerce commpanies will be able to compete on
equal terms with thire foreign counterpats.

As far as I am concerned, this reform is so bad, because we law students should
study the law of obligation again.(TT)

What do you think about this reform??

I am so sleepy because I didn't sleep at all last night.
If you find some mistakes, please interpret them kindly....

I have little knowledge about reforming the law of obligation,
but, I think such a reform is neccessary in this globalized world.

On the other hand, we have to pay more attention to reforming laws, don we?
New government, where the democratic party has the major power, can almost all laws if it wants.

Welllllll………、
I'm a fershman now, so if the law of obligation is reformed by next march, I can study the new law and I don't have to study the law of obligation again（＾w＾）!!
