To make an appointment:
.call VicRoads on 13 11 71 (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm, Sat 8.30am - 2pm). Or
.visit a VicRoads Customer Service Centre.

The cost to have a Victorian Licence issued is $47.70 for a 3 year licence or $162.20 for a 10 year licence; it is not a requirement to surrender your Japanese licence.
