ボクの元同僚のオランダ人が休暇に出る間、自分のアパートを貸したいそうです。

Apartment to rent - in the city of Haarlem, The Netherlands, Europe.



● Available starting from 30th of September (or 1st of October) until (maximum:) 13th of November 2010.



● (For your information: this apartment is becoming available for you for rent only in this period, because the owner is going abroad on holidays for 6 weeks).



(So, the apartment can be rented for 6 weeks maximum, but also only for 1 month or just 2 weeks, if preferred).



● Location: at a favourable spot near the city centre of Haarlem. (Haarlem is only a 15 minute train ride away from Amsterdam, and by bicycle you can reach the beach of Bloemendaal in only 30 minutes).



● The apartment can be rented by 1 or maximum 2 persons.



● The apartment is fully furnished with all daily needed amenities. It includes:



- A tidy/organized living room with a king size sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, coffeetable, a large computer desk with free unlimited use of DSL internet, printer & scanner. Stereo hi-fi set for music may be used if handled with care. Free use of TV and DVD player with small movie library.



- A clean bedroom that includes a king size double bed, suitable for a couple, a large closet (wardrobe), 2 bedside tables. (Linnen needed for use of the bed is available).



- A clean bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin & tap with hot & cold water, mirror, towel rack. (Please bring your own towels).



- A clean kitchen, fully equipped with 4 gas-stove units, large refrigerator, microwave, tap with hot & cold water washbasin for dishwashing, washing machine (for clothes), waterboiler, sandwich toaster, cupboards with all needed crockery & cutlery, pots & pans, kitchen towels. (All kitchenware available for use, including the washing machine).



● Free use of cold & hot water, electricity, kitchen gas and apartment heating.



● Rent charges: - for 1 month: 740 euro, everything included.

- for 6 weeks: 950 euro, everything included.

- for 2 weeks: 390 euro, everything included.



It does not matter if you are alone, or want to stay here as a couple (2 persons maximum), the rent charges are the same.



(You don't need to pay any tax, or any other extra charges or fees).



● Rent payment method: half of the rent should be paid upon arrival, the second half ultimately at the end of your stay. The rent can be paid through bank or cash, whatever you prefer.



● Important: You must arrive at the apartment in Haarlem before 3rd of October, otherwise the apartment cannot be rented anymore. Best arrival dates are 30th of September or 1st of October! (In case you prefer to arrive on the 3rd of October or later, please write me an email to request this as soon as possible!).
