London Heathrow AirportコミュのbmiのLHR発着路線　縮小へ

以下は現地の友人から頂いたメールの、肝心な部分です。

Dear Travel Trade Partner,

Unfortunately we will be suspending our London-Amsterdam service on 27
March 2010. In addition, we will be transferring our London Heathrow-
Brussels service over to Brussels Airlines from 10 January.

From early next year, we are regrettably also suspending services
between London Heathrow and Tel Aviv, Kiev and Aleppo, due to
unprecedented adverse market conditions.

As you can see, quite a few changes, taking place. Having just checked
Galileo, I see that they have yet to update the schedule details for
the Brussels services, but are showing all classes closed for the
Amsterdam operation from 28 March 2010.

アレッポとかキエフはともかく、なんとなんとLHR-AMS線が廃止に、LHR-BRUはSNに移管だそうな。

残念ながら格安航空会社に成り下がってしまった、ここ数年のbmi。

σ(>_<)自身も3年前に乗ったけど、かつての「ダイヤモンド・サービス」と謳われた上質なサービスはどこへやら。
機内・地上とも、それはもう酷いもんでした。

その惨状を身をもって味わって来たんで、まあ来るべき時が来たな、というのが率直な感想です。

長距離路線用のこの機材の、この塗装の姿を見られる時間もそう長くはあるまい。
