５月１７日、今日は朝から雨
。。。
せっかく先週いいスタートを切れたのに今日は練習中止
になりました。でも 倉敷市内に住んでるチームメンバー４人とイオンでウィンドウショッピングしました
。 練習用のコーンやゴールポストなど色々探しました。
これから梅雨の季節に入るので月に何回練習できるのかチョッと不安です。
どこかの体育館借りれれば雨の日はそこで練習できそうなんだけど。。。今チームメンバーと相談中
。。。
で、夜はフッティーに興味を持っているアメリカ人と一緒にご飯
食べに行ってルールや活動内容とか説明して楽しい時間を過ごしました！
今週は４人もフッティーに興味を持ってる人と出会いました！

17th of May, Unfortunately the rainstopped the boys from having a kick this morning. However, this gave a few team members and me an opportunity to check out equipments for training at AEON. We also had discussion on how we can push to increase the interest in AFL in Okayama and recruit new players.
In addition, we considered ways we can improve our training sessions. We may enquire about hiring a school gymnasium as the rainy season is approaching, which will probably inconvenience the regularity of training. On a brighter note, I had dinner with two American guys tonight, who are both interested in playing AFL.
Of course, it took some time explaining the rules, but they seemed to be keen so hopefully we can catch up again soon and get them on board. Finally, we have four new people who have expressed interest in the footy club this week. Hopefully, there will be plenty more people to come and hopefully there won’t be too many rainy days next week!
