Room can rented furnished or unfurnished, with TV included.
Rent is $550 +50 for basic utilities and internet (wireless). Deposit is $300.　Upon moving in $ 900
I prefer 6 months contract and after that month to month.
No smoking / pets /drugs.
The room has two good sized closets. The room is for 1 person.
Parking is on street parking in a quiet neighborhood.

The house is well decorated ,clean and peaceful. I wish to stay this way!
