Eastern Garden Shiatsu Centre has just opened in Ladbroke Grove and we are offering free taster treatments in Japanese shiatsu massage and Indian head massage on our open day, 21st March 2009.

Free half-hour treatments on Saturday 21st March from 9am to 1pm!

Eastern Garden Shiatsu Centre is at 12 Raddington Road W10, near Portobello Road market and just five minutes from Ladbroke Grove Underground. Call on 020 8962 9738 to book a treatment!

Shiatsu and Indian Head Massage are wonderful for relieving stress and tension. Shiatsu is a Japanese discipline working on the same principles as acupuncture but using the relaxed bodyweight of the practitioner to stimulate the acupressure points, and gentle movement and stretches to help the body to relax. Indian head massage helps joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders and improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow.

Loose clothing should be worn for the treatment, and afterwards you can sit in our waiting area, have some Japanese green tea and chill out!
