Below here is the Job Description and Candidate Specification for the position of:

Japanese Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative x 2

Responsibilities:

ｷ Ensure sales targets and business objectives of Inside Sales and Customer Services are achieved

ｷ Develop and review accurate quotes with assigned customers before service contract expiration to pursue successful renewal of contract

ｷ Manage renewals of assigned account through prescribed maintenance renewal process & attainment of agreed performance metrics

ｷ Ensure customer renewal as well as service issues are escalated to assigned Inside Sales Team Manager

ｷ Account management of a portfolio of clients and close liaison with sales

ｷ Drive Total Customer Satisfaction through proactive and regular customer contacts

Skills Required:

ｷ Proven telesales / customer service experience with strong negotiation skills with min 1 year experience

ｷ IT background desirable

ｷ Appropriate native language skills for assigned territory ・both written and verbal at all levels

ｷ Computer literate

ｷ "Can Do" attitude essential ・determination and commitment

ｷ Willingness to work as part of a team

ｷ Networking Skills and ability to work with cross functional departments
