My Answer:
In the US, I would first spend money to improve schools and pay teachers more money. So many schools in America are in bad condition and teachers do not make enough money.
For the world, I would want to do something for the poorest countries to help them create better conditions for their people.
That's it!

If I could spend that money,I want to raise money for all kind of school and also want to help poor people.

If I had such a huge money, I wanna invest in some rycycling company.
and surport to improve their technology of how to change garbage into new-fuel, something like that. I think its good also for nature.
and I wanna buy thousands of solor panels, and put desert area or some hot place.
ofcorse we have to think how to help poor country but the other hand, we should think how to save our planet, nature. just in my opinion....
