　 人手不足の為、職場が求人を行っています。一年更新の契約社員のため、マレーシア移住のステップとするにはいいとは思います。また、日本語を使う仕事をしたいnon-Japaneseにもお勧めです。

業務は日本語ですが、現地は英語が基本。英会話ができる方や働きながら英語力を上げたい人にはお勧め。Itに興味ある方にはなおいい仕事です。

職場のあるサイバーシャヤは日本で言うところのIT特区で、人口の半分が外国人(Expatriate)です。隣のPutrajayaかからはマラッカやKL等へ行くバスがあるバスターミナルがあります。

Job details:

Experience level: 0 – 5 years

Requirement:

Should have good knowledge in computer skills, hardware troubleshooting skills.

Willing to work rotational shifts (Shift & language allowances will be provided)



Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous and professional technical support to customers

- Troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues

- Fast understanding and implementation of knowledge on call handling processes

- Provides technical support for Intel Based products ranging from desktops, notebooks, Servers ,monitors and projectors.

- To be Single Point of Contact ( SPOC ) for all  products.

- Customer group range from personal to corporate users.

Allowances:


Language Allowance : RM 500 (fixed every month)
Transport Allowance : RM 300 (fixed every month)
Performance Incentive : RM 100 (Allocation)
Early Morning Shift : RM 200 (When Rostered)

Night shift : RM 300 (When Rostered)

OT (Over time allowances)

Salary: Expatriate-from5,000RM for MSC certified company.



VISA Sponsorship:
Work permit for 2 years

One way flight ticket from home country to Malaysia at the time of joining.

Airport pick up and drop at the accommodation.
