I'm looking for a parson who can take over my contract from 12/18/10 to 1/31/2011,
and also can make one year contract from 2/1/2011 to1/31/2012.

This is one studio with kitchen and bathroom.
In-site coin laundry.
Walk in closet.
If you would like to, I can sell my all furniture to you.

Deposit is 2 months and bank statement with enough amount of money is required.

Environment:
-2 blocks away from Union square
-in front of the bus stop
-5-10 min. to Powell station.
-10 sec to wallgreens.
