Hi there,
I'm looking for one female share roommate to live with me, my husband and my small dog at safe apartment on Adelaide Terrace.
We are tidy and clean so prefer someone who also likes tidy, clean and nice.
5 mins away from RED CAT bus stop/Post Office.
We are in FREE ZONE, so all bus to the city will be free.
Your room has two single beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and extra. If you need any other furniture then I will arrange it for you.
We have two fridges so you will share one of it only with your roommate and will have plenty of space.
Living area with sofa and TV.
Fully equipt kitchen.
You will share shower/toilet only with your roommate.
Big balcony with great view.
Washing machine.
Unlimited/Fast NBN internet.
Apartment has swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna.
Internet/gas/electricity/water bills and toilet paper are all included in the price $150/p/w.
It would be available from 22nd of July.
Excellent location - can walk to CBD/swan river/Elizabeth quay, close to Cambridge College, Milner College.
