This is geared for the NON-DANCER. A person who doesn't have dance experience.Who really doesn't want to go to a gym, a dance class, or therapy for that matter. A place where you can meet people, network, relax, listen to HIP HOP & HOUSE/DISCO, stretch out, and learn to move at your own pace to some of yesterday and today's music.

1 HR. HIP HOP/ 1 HR. HOUSE MUZIK
This is the session for the "individual",..the one who is seeking to take their dance to the next level. EVERY DANCE STYLE IS WELCOME!! from BALLET TO BGIRL/BOY.."HERE WE SHARE AND EVOLVE"..educating each other and passing information as we go along....creating a STRONG COMMUNITY!!
