album 2 diary pt 1

僕とピンはフロリダのコーラルスプリング、Bielerbrosのスタジオでしょっぱいポップコーンを食べながら座っているよ。
マイキーはx-boxで遊んでいて、ダンFはライブルームでドラムキットのチェックをしている。
ジェームスはコーヒーを飲んでゆっくりしているし、ジャスティンはエンジニアの一人（'mike le plant'）とある曲について話し合ってるところ。
本当、ここは完璧だよ！
デニーズが隣にあるプールつきの高級ホテルに泊まっていて、（注 英国にデニーズはない）場所も機材もヴァイブも今まで使ったどのスタジオより最高なんだ。
其の上、'roys bar'ってローカルバーではボディービルダーのマイクが1.25パインﾄはあるビールを出してくれる。（しかも、おかわり自由で！）
これ以上ない暮らしをしているよ！
今日で2日目なんだけど、、、
月曜にヒースロー空港から飛び立ち、ワシントンDCに午後3時について、Fort Laurderdaleに乗り換えたんだけど、
なんでだか、一つスーツケースをのせ忘れちゃったんだ。
それで目的地に到着してすぐ航空会社に電話しまくらなくちゃいけなくてさ、
ラッキーなことにUnited airlines はちゃんとスーツケース（ベースパドルが沢山はいったやつ）を見つけてスタジオに送ってくれたんだ。
そのパニック以外には時差ぼけをなおそうと泳いだり、レーベルの人とすごいでかいステーキを食べに行ったり、、、
レーベルの社長はとにかく実験的なことに興味があって、僕らと契約したいとずっと考えていてくれたんだって。
そして僕たちの好きなようにやっていいって言ってくれてる。クールだろ？
明日からレコーディングをはじめるんで皆すごく興奮している。
これからも写真やビデオ日記をチェックしてよ。

day 2
WED MAY 11TH.
WELL.. me and pin are sitting down in coral springs - florida.. in Bielerbros studios eating salty popcorn.... mikee is playing x-box.. dan is skinning his kit in the live room, James is sipping coffee in the chill room and Justin is discussing one of the tunes with our engineer ('mike le plant') damn - this place is so perfect... we're staying in a posh hotel with a beautiful pool... we're next door to a 'dennys' (coffee shop thing)... the studio is better than ALL the studios we have been to for vibe, equipment, location... we have also made 'roys bar' our local... our body-building barman (mike) has been serving us up copius ammounts of beers (1.25 a pint - with a free re-fill!).. Life - at the mo - couldnt be better.
this is our 2nd day..
we flew from heathrow on monday morning.. arrived at washington dc at 3.00pm ish USA time.. to get our connecting flight to Fort Laurderdale... somehow we forgot to put one of the suitcases on that flight - so when we got to our destination had to go mad ringing the airline - luckily United airlines found the case (which had the loords dbl bassdrum pedals in!) and forwarded it to the studio - since that panic its just been gettin rid of the jet lag - swimming lots - goin out for the BIGGEST steak with our label - and generally trying out loads of amps and stuff. Our label boss is very into experimentation.. he has wanted to sign us for a long time and really wants us to 'do our thing' which is cool...
tomorrow we will begin the recording... we are all so excited.
