I introduce about nursing situation.

Today, the average life expectancy of Japanese people has been increasing. First of all, please look at the Material A. This graph represents the change of the average life expectancy. Blue line is man and red line is woman. Man’s average life expectancy is 79, and woman’s it is 86. Above all Japanese average life expectancy is high in the world. Therefore, elderly person has been increasing, too. And they need many help to spend their life. Now for that reason, the work of the nursing situation has attracted. In addition, the school having major nursing was increase. Naturally, the care person's work has increased, too. However, the turnover rate is high. Because this work require endurance, physical strength and mental strength. Moreover, such a salary is not good for the content of work either. Therefore, the number of those who quit this work has increased in the early stages. So,　I think that we must estimation nursing work.

Second,　I think that we should pay attention to another problem. It is a pension problem. This problem is not only a pension problem but also nursing problem. Pensions in Europe for example Switzerland are high. Of course, elderly people paid expensive tax when they worked. So they can live an of high quality life. On the other hands, in Japan recently, because of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, it was uncovered that a part of pension was not paid. If elderly person did not receive pension, it is difficult for them to spend their life. Therefore they can’t receive enough nursing service. Because without pension it is difficult depend on nursing home and home helper, and so on.

　For that reason I think the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is important system, and they manage pensions. And I think nursing need cooperation of family is most important thing. If family’s help increase, it will increase exchange of family, too.
