とっても気さくな子で、料理もするし、ケーキも焼くし、一緒にPUBに行ったり、すごくフレンドリーな環境です。

I have a very nice and big double room to rent in a two bedroom flat from December. The room has a big bed, a more than useful desk, a large wardrobe, and shelves.

The flat is not very big, but it's quite cosy to live in. It's got a small living room, very useful kitchen, washing machine, dryer, BT broadband, central heating, a great shower...and all the amenities to make you feel like home.

I'm looking for a nice and considerate person to share the flat with me, a 29 year old Spanish guy taking his degree in graphic design, easy going and sociable, so I kind of expect the same from the person who moves in.

The room is &130pw with all the bills included, which are electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband connection!
