I want to introduce you to my favorite Soba Noodles shop in Aomori~!

1.　婆古石そば/Bakoishi soba in Shichinohe machi
Open only on Sundays,

2.　万作庵/Mansaku an in Nishimeya mura
　　Closed Monday and Tuesday, it is located on the outskirts of Mt.IWAKI. You should book your sheet before you go.

3.　手打ちそばむらかみ/Handmade noodles Murakami in Itayanagi machi
　　 Closed Monday. 　It is located riverside. You better be there at 11 am.

4.　　たかはし/Takahoshi in Oirase cho
　　　Closed Wednesday. It is my favorite shop. You have to be there before 11 am. Otherwise, you have to wait.

All those shop noodles are handmade and lush. You may enjoy the flavor of the real soba. Tempra is all so good with tasty solt.
