History changed on October 4, 1957, when the Soviet Union successfully launched Sputnik I. History replays itself this summer 2005, when Tripster successfully brings Sputnik back to Tsujidow beach, after orbiting around Japan in a double decker bus last summer. Sputnik attracts musician, artists, skaters, drinkers, funky and avant-garde people together. It is where "DUB ABOVE ZABOON" -- a free party at the dawn of the space age first lifted off. This Saturday 20 August, we will be joined by a living member of the LivingLegends (California), a Bureau Chief Executive of Nakameguro-Yakkyoku aka DJ QUIETSTORM on his first orbit, and TAICHI-MASTER, the producer of a unique hiphop group "alpha". Last but not least, The Dubstrakt posse, DJCLOUD/TETSU/KNCHIK/SINSEN(sl9), will hover in this lightweight, scientifically useful spacecraft transmitting "DUB ABOVE ZABOON" vibes to rock the nation.
Everyone. Come to SPUTNIK this Saturday, and you will play.
