I know that 見て means "look!" Can I take another -ru verb, like 食べる and apply that same method to say "eat!" would it be... 食べて ???
Also I know how to say I like something: 自転車が好きです。 But how do I say I like to ride the bike?? This is something I'm generally unclear on: How to say that I like to do an action.

Yes. In a case like this, a くれ or ください is assumed after the て form.
>Also I know how to say I like something: 自転車が好きです。
>But how do I say I like to ride the bike?? This is something I'm generally
>unclear on: How to say that I like to do an action.
You nominalize the action by adding の or こと after then verb or, in the case of する verbs, dropping the する:
バイキングが好きです。
バイキングすることが好きです。
自転車を乗るのが好きです。
As you know, 自転車が好きです。 自転車に乗るのが好きです。
are the same meaning.
How about.....another way to say,
旅行(りょこう)が好きです。
The answer is 旅行をするのが好きです。
Did you get it???
Sorry my explanation is not perfect.
