I have been reading this board for a while now and this is my first time posting here. I was wondering if anyone knows of any universities in Japan, other than International Christian University in Tokyo and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Oita, where you can study undergraduate courses in English? Even if the school is set up in a similar fashion to ICU, where you start in English and by graduation you are taking courses in both languages and must be proficient in both to graduate, is fine.I plan to apply at ICU for 2009 September admissions, but I would like to keep my options open too ("don't put all your eggs in one basket").
