<職務内>
1) 店舗開発＆プロジェクトマネージメント
<マネージメント開発>
環境や人の流れを調査、店舗の場所の決定

<デザインマネージメント>
建築プランやデザインプランのチェックと調整

<プロジェクトマネージメント>
不動産、ﾋﾞﾙ管理会社などとの調整、話し合い
スケジュール管理
ショップスタッフトレーニング
店舗オープンへ向けての諸業務

2)店舗＆オフィス環境維持のための清掃・照明業者選定と管理指導
　
3) ビジュアルプログラムプロモーション
4) その他店舗管理業務

Stores and Properties Planning Manager

1) Store development & Project Management
<Development management>
Check and verification of the candidate location, environment and customer's flow

<Design management>
Check the design plan and adjustment
Check the construction plan and adjustment

<Project management>
Negotiation with the Landlord, Fire Dept. and Building Dept.
Management project schedule
Check quality and inspection of the material and production furniture
Adjustment handover and opening
Store training for the shop staffs

2) Maintenance work for the store and shops and office
Coordinate with cleaning contractor to keep good condition of the stores and shops
Provision cleaning tool to the store and shops
Training of cleaning to the shop staffs
　
3) Maintenance work for the store and shops and office
Coordinate with general contractor to keep good condition of the stores and shops
Provision electrical bulbs and sensor tags to the store and shops

4) Store committee
Chairman of store committee in order to share all kind of technical office's information

5) Help of Visual program promotion
Coordinate with general contractor to support the work of visual programs
