Human Resources Director Responsibilities: •By working closely with HR Director and HR Retail Manager, plan, coordinate and implement general human resources/general affairs-related practices/policies, such as hiring, personnel changes, job rotation, performance appraisals, promotion/demotion, headcount monitoring, trainings, various HR-related reports to parent company in fashion/retail environment •Provide various administrative assistance to supervisors
Requirements Experience: •Minimum 2-3 years of “hands-on” working experiences in Japanese and/or foreign-affiliated company in Japan (MUST) •Experience in people-related job, such as service and sales, is preferred
Qualifications: •High level of verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English; native level fluency in Japanese, proficiency in English (TOEIC 880+) •Strong motivation to develop his/her career as a human resources professional in fashion/retail field •Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •foreign study a plus
