英国情報掲示板コミュの短期フラットメイト募集

短期貸しです。友人に頼まれたので載せました。
仕事でガイドブックを書きに海外へしばらく行くのでその間借りてくださる方を探しているとのことです。

イギリス人なので英語の勉強にもなると思います。
以下はフラット主からの文です。

It's a really nice flat in Clapham Common.
I am going away to write a guidebook so I need someone to live in the room for three months.
I share with a with a bag designer, who is really chilled out and easy to live with.

The flat is right by Clapham Common (great in summer!), the tube, the Picture House cinema, cafes etc. The room is big and the rent is ?400 a month.

I will be leaving the country on August 17 and coming back on November 15. I will be packing up everything (I might leave some books) so the room will feel like theirs'.
