AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 1st – One single room in a three bedroom/two bathroom triplex with two women, one man, and one very vigilant Dachshund.
THE TRIPLEX – The triplex is approximately 2000 sq. ft. with a large living and dining area. The kitchen is fairly large and has a refrigerator, gas stove and oven as well as two microwaves. Three bedrooms (one master, two singles), two full bathrooms, fireplace, washer/dryer, carpeted floors, and high/vaulted ceilings. There is also a small patio that is rarely in use. Parking is available.
THE SINGLES - The singles are South facing, sunny; the singles are at the end of a hallway and share a bathroom. One of the two singles has a small loft, and the other has two small lofts (our past housemates have used it for decoration, storage, and/or placing a TV).
RENT - $650 per room. All utilities included [DSL, Expanded Basic Cable TV (available in singles), Garbage, PG&E, Telephone & Water]. Deposit $650.
LOCATION - Located in Santa Cruz (Live Oak); approximately 3 miles (5 ~ 8 minutes*) to downtown Santa Cruz, 4 miles (8 ~ 10 minutes*) to UC Santa Cruz, 5 miles (7 ~ 10 minutes*) to Cabrillo College. Great for walking or biking to the beach, harbor, and parks.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
We are looking for one clean, mature, and responsible individual (preferably female) who is in to having regular house meetings, occasional household meals, and share household/communal chores. We like having a good time, but we are not into having crazy parties at the home. Unfortunately due to allergic reasons, we are looking for someone without any pets with long fur – sorry! (small, room sized pets such as fish and hamsters are welcome – possible additional deposit). No shoes in the house. One ~ two year lease preferred.
