☆日本語教師☆コミュのMonbukagakusho Scholarship

Hello Professors, I am interested in going to Japan next year to study Japanese. I had a question about the Monbukagakusho scholarship. I was wondering if anyone knew how hard it is to recieve this scholarship. I planned on studying at a Japanese Language School for a year before going to a university, and I was wondering in your experience, how long does a foreigner have to study Japanese before they are at a level where they can attend a University. そこで、質問なのですが文部科学省が出している奨学金を取るにあたってどのくらいの難易度なのか、と取っている生徒を知っているでしょうか？
私は大学に進学する前に、一年間日本語学校へ行こうとしています。

日本語の先生の経験からして、ひらがな＆カタカナを両方わかって少々の漢字がわかるレベルで入学してどのくらいで大学に進学できるのでしょうか？？

それともし、奨学金について何かしっていましたらよろしくおねがいします！！
