My name is Axis -- and i am looking for somebody who can help me translate my art diary from English to Japanese.

Axis, it is said to be a bad manner, posting an article to multiple BBS topics (called cross-posting).

I think all these 3 bbs are inappropriate for your request.

Dear Mr. Emosdnah -

I was not aware of the concept of Cross-Posting, until you explained it, and i appologies if from some reason you feel offended by me posting my request for translation in different BBS i thought might have people who would be interested to help me.

how else can i direct my request to different people? with all the respect to mixi翻訳 -- i myself never even bother to check it out, i just visit sites of my direct interest.

please accept my appology -- again -- if you got hurt by reading my request in different english/japanese based sites.

I may be mistaken, but cross-posting is regarded as a bad manner when it initiates discussions in multiple communities, as other members may be accessing the same multiple communities as well. Conversations can become jumbled and confusing.

As far as I know, yours should be relatively harmless.

Regarding cross-posting, I agree with Yash-san. I think it is ok since Axis-san doesn't mean to initiate discussions, but just wants people to know about what she wants.
At the same time, I also agree with Emosdnah-san that 【mixi翻訳】may be of help.
