· Skills
· · Strong business writing ability (English)
· · Understanding of real estate analytical and reporting techniques
· · Proficiency in speaking and reading business Japanese
· · MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point proficiency
· · Strong communication skills (written, oral and presentation)

· Tasks
· · Manage collection of data and analyze market indicators such as rent, vacancy, supply and cap rates in the office, residential, industrial, and retail markets, etc., for quarterly and half-yearly reports
· · Create financial analysis of real estate acquisition/sale and developments opportunities
· · Generate custom reports to support transaction underwriting and asset management
· · Produce project-specific market analysis reports for client-commissioned assignments
· · Present report results to clients and internal department managers
· · Support research consulting work (market studies, feasibility studies) as well as provision of market information and analysis in support of transactional work
· · Develop and expand personal network of industry professionals for research information and deal sourcing

· Qualifications
· · 5+ years of work experience
· · Strong analytical skills
· · Knowledge of or affinity for real estate
· · Team player
