Description of position : -Non-formal school English facilitator in Ikebukuro in Jan, 2009-

"very50" is a social business for students with a strong desire for learning English.(http://very50.com/) We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and energetic English teacher to start in January 2009.
This position requires the teacher to encourage the students to speak without hesitation and lead to "effective" conversation.
Our teaching philosophy is "True English communication as global language".
We don't think speaking like native is not necessarily to live in global world.
We focus on "useful and practical English when we communicate foreigner even though who is not from English spoken country.
Although what students speak is not like native, no big deal here.
Rather, as far as it makes sense, it is more important to say something based on unique ideas in his/her way.
