I have recently visited the aikido hombu dojo in Shinjuku Tokyo and it was really cool!

There are many great shihan who teach there! my favourite was Yasuno Shihan!

Another great shihan was watanabe shihan 8th dan, his ki was extremely powerful and his technique was really unusual... he can do aikido without touching his Uke!

I also trained with both Sugawara shihan and Kanazawa shihan... Sugawara Sensei remembered my from the BAF summer school in england and was really pleased to see me!!!

I was at doshu's class and doshu came up to me and demonstrated a Kokyu-Nage from morote-dori and it felt really soft but it really worked!

By the time i had to go back to awaji shima my arms were covered in bruises and my wrists were slightly blood red and a bit bleeding (the picture doesnt demonstrate what is actually looked like) ;)
