Job details:
Experience level: 0 – 5 years
Requirement:
-Should have good knowledge in computer skills, hardware troubleshooting skills.
-Willing to work rotational shifts (Shift & language allowances will be provided)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues
- Fast understanding and implementation of knowledge on call handling processes
- Provides technical support for Intel Based products ranging from desktops, notebooks, Servers ,monitors and projectors.
- To be Single Point of Contact ( SPOC ) for all products.
- Customer group range from personal to corporate users.

Salary: Expatriate-from5,000RM for MSC certified company.
VISA Sponsorship:
Work permit for 2 years
One way flight ticket from home country to Malaysia at the time of joining.
Airport pick up and drop at the accommodation.
assist to find accommodation for all the selected candidates nearby office and will pay the security deposit (advance rent) which will be deducted later from the Associate’s salary.
Leaves:
Annual leaves – 12 days
Medical leaves – 14 days
