BIRM (Bunkyo IR Mates）コミュのPoverty in the world

In the world, there are a lot of people with whom even a basic necessity is not filled. About 1 thousand 2 hundred million people live for one dollar a day.
Today, I announce various sides of poverty and assume "If man and woman who live in the world are 100 people."
If man and woman who live in the world are 100 people, 15 people cannot read and write. They work and fight to fill their life. Poor people who live in the region where the village parts cannot go to school because it is only far.
If man and woman who live in the world are 100 people, 17 people don’t have a house. And 33 people cannot use electricity. Many people spend homeless life.
If man and woman who live in the world are 100 people, 15 people are malnutrition. And 22 people cannot drink the safe water. 14 people cannot receive the medical service and insurance. It is a reason that people of poverty don’t have enough knowledge. Therefore, they cannot choose a hearty food and a correct medicine. As a result, AIDS has extended, too. If man and woman who live in the world are 100 people, 13 people cannot be alive only 40 years old.
Poverty not only deprives of the education and health but also makes the person commit a crime. And they are deprived even of the role in the society.
But, there are many activities for sufferer person of poverty. NGO and Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers are known well. Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in Japanese “青年海外協力隊”.
Especially, I was interested in the activity that said “plan Japan”. We exchange and understand each other with local people by sending the letter and the photograph from Japan. Local people can feel the existence of the person who assists.
There are a lot of people who suffer from poverty. I think I want to find a small things that I can do for them.
