以下、そのクレームをライブネイションにメールしたファンへの
回答です。

We would like to take a moment to apologise for the delay in responding to your email.

You may have received another email from us concerning the benefits of the Hot Ticket package, and we would now like to provide you with further information concerning the Nice show. There were a number of exceptional circumstances at this venue and these needed to be thoroughly investigated before we could progress this matter. Following this review, and due to unforeseen circumstances at the Stade Charles Ehrmann, we would like to offer you a refund of 85 Euros (you will need to supply us with the credit card details you used to make your booking – we do not retain this information).).

Should you wish for us to proceed with this refund please contact us on livenationexperience@livenation.co.uk (please put NICE 26.08.08) in the subject line. All requests must be made by 09:00 GMT on Monday 29th September 2008, when this offer will expire.

We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment that was caused to you and we sincerely hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future.

ニースの後、ニューヨークを観てやっとわかりました。
たしかにレーザービームとかなかったです！！！！
それはスタジアムだからかもしれないけど、、、。

でもね、、いちばん俺が、「！？」って思ったのは、開始時間＆そのときのオーディエンス。。。。

やっぱり、ノリとか大騒ぎ度は別にして、マドンナへの愛を感じるのは“JAPANESE DO IT BETTER”だと思うの。
