Studying English is fun and interesting for me.
Yesterday I starated writing in English at Mixi.
I write in Japanese and at lase i add short dialy in English.
please come to read.
Now I want to start Blog.
And I want to write in English in blog.
because people who can live anothe country can read them.
There are many Japanese Blog provider.
But can it read in foreign country?
I wonder the format is different.
If I want to show my blog in foreigh country
pleade teach me which probider do you recomend ?
I am happy if there are many pretty template,can castamaize for me
and many foreign people can see it.

I've never used Wordpress myself, but I have seen some blogs being created with it. It does provide useful tools and flexibility.
On the other hand, I've also seen people use livejournal; it is fairly simple to use.
Lastly, I've used xanga in the past and also allows for customization. There's been some new features added to it, but I haven't used it in so long so I can't really explain them.

as hapybrian said, facebook is kind of different.. but maybe good for making foreign friends. be aware that lots of people treat it like a personals site though :)
if you want something simple and easy to use, blogger (www.blogger.com) is probably the best for you. i have used livejournal, wordpress and blogger (and others not mentioned here), and all are good, but blogger is the simplest. it's really easy to set up and write. if you find that the themes on blogger are not pretty or cute enough, then look at livejournal and wordpress. livejournal is probably the most similar to a japanese-style blog format.
you are right that if you want english-speaking people to see and read your blog, then a native english interface would be better than a japanese blog, as it's much more likely to show up in search results.
