Very nice. I think that Japanese learners like these kinds of words so much because we hear them all the time and want to know what they mean, plus there is really no equivalent in English, so they are pretty interesting.
Cool. I don't know much about casual speech, and couldn't find this in the dictionay, but would you mind mentioning what してうるさくない means? I'm sensing that して is one part, then うるさく is an adjusted form of a word that I don't know, then of course ない. So I guess really the question is what うるさく is, I mean the original word before modification. Thanks for helping my curiosity to know!! Let me know if I can answer something about English. Thanks!
urusai=noisy, urusakunai=isn't it noisy
shite is just the conjunctive form of suru.
="This place is way too loud, huh?"

あのレストランはがやがやだから、友達と会話をしたいなら、静かなとっこにいた方がいいよ。
That restaurant is too loud, so if you are going to talk with a friend, I'd go someplace quiet.
