It doesn't look like you offer anything that Mixi doesn't already have. Or Facebook, for that matter.
Also, to advertise this service to foreigners while not having anything written in English is incredibly shortsighted.
I don't see why anybody would bother.
ミクシィやフェースブックが提供してるサービスより良いものが見つけられません。
そして、「外国人に便利！」なんて言いながら、サイトで英語を使わないのは甘すぎ。
使う必要は全くなさそうです。
