Hello everyone.
I have a question. A guesthouse may be opened somewhere around Tokyo where people can speak only in English to improve their English skills. (Japanese and foreignors can live there). About 80 people can stay and the monthly rent is 50,000 yen. However, it will be shared with 4 to 6 people in a room.(like a dorm) If you want a room, then it would be 80,000 yen per a month.
What do you think of the idea? Please adivse is there demand and what would be the problem for people to live place like that.

The problem would be if the person could pay the rent or not. Another possible problem is the kind of roommates you might have. Would you have quiet people that would live there or party animals. I think it's a great idea, depending of the people would be there emi-yo. Let me know the future developments.
