Hot pants

When I was in Saigon ,I saw many women in hot pants.
It seemed most western women wore short hot pants.
When I was having breakfast at a youth hostel ,2 western girls in mini and hot pants came in.

Then first one of the girls who was in hot pants applied something on her legs .
She was doing while standing.
Sometimes she thrust out her hip

I seldom think western women are sexy .
It branded in my eyes .
