Vietnamese

My colleagues and I have been having a hard time communicating with Vietnamnese passengers .
They do not speak English including Vietnamese Americans.
I feel like studying Vietnamese .besides Chinese .
But where ?

There is no place I can study .
There is no TV Vietnamese course.
There is no community center I can study , either .

I never thought such a day would come.
