Helping hand

Not many but surely there are some passengers who do not speak English at all and traveling .
I was asked by those passengers twice when I walk around the departure area.
They both had a note written "I can not speak English at all .Please help.

It was easy to help one of them she spoke spanish .
It was not that I could undeerstand Spanish .
It is just only one flight operated by Spanish speaking airline.

For an emergency ,there are always Spanish speakers around.
But the other passenger spok only vietnameese besides there are several flights to Vietnam.
It was hard to help.

She even could not tell the departure time and the flight number .
Fortunately 2 passengers who were Vietnameese came to me to ask .
They could not speak English ,either but they knew their flight number .

It turned out their flight was the same .
It was all settled
