Prayer for the Day
今日の祈り

I pray that I may go to God today for those things that I need to help me live.
私が生きる為に 必要なモノを 今日 いただく為に 貴方の処へ 行かせて下さい。

I pray that I may find real peace of mind.
本物の 心の平和を 見い出す事が 出来ます様に。


AA Thought for the Day
今日のAA思考
Who am I to judge other people?
他の人を 裁く私は 何者だろうか?

Have I proved by my great success in life that I know all the answers?
全ての事に対して 答を持っている!と言える程、私は 人生に於いて 偉大な成功を 成し遂げたのだろうか?

Exactly the opposite.
全く 反対である。

Until I came into AA, my life could be called a failure.
私の人生は、AAに 辿り着く迄 失敗の連続 とも言えるモノだった。

I made all the mistakes one could make.
人の 成し得る間違いは 全て 経験した。

I took all the wrong roads there were to take.
又 人の歩める 間違った道は、全て歩んだ と言える。

On the basis of my record, am I a fit person to be a judge of other people? Hardly.
此の私 の経験を見る時、私は 他の人を裁くに 相応しい人と 言えるだろうか?｡No、である。

In AA I have learned not to judge people.
AAで 私は 人を裁かない事を 学んだ。

I am so often wrong.
私の判断が 間違っていた!と思われる事が ヨクある。

Let the results of what they do judge them.
人々の行いの結果が 裁判官なのだ。

It's not up to me.
私 が裁くのでは無い。

Am I less harsh in my judgment of people?
他人を裁く私 は無くなってきているか?


Meditation for the Day
今日の黙想

In our time of meditation, we again seem to hear: “Come unto me, all ye that are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
黙想をする時、いつも 此の言葉が 聞こえてくる。「生きる事に疲れ、重荷を背負った人は 私の所へ来なさい。私は あなたを 休ませてあげよう。」

Again and again we seem to hear God saying this to us.
神は 私達に対して コウ 言い続けて おられる様だ。

“Come unto me” for the solution of every problem, for the overcoming of every temptation, for the calming of every fear, for all our needs, physical, mental, or spiritual, but mostly “come unto me” for the strength we need to live with peace of mind and the power to be useful and effective.
「私の所へ来なさい。」あらゆる問題の 解決の為に･あらゆる誘惑を 乗り越える為に･あらゆる怯えが 鎮められる為に私達のあらゆる必要 - 身体的･精神的･霊的 - が 満たされる為に。
そして 何にも増して「私の所へ来なさい」と云う 神の言葉 は、私が生きる為に 必要とする力と 心の平安･そして 有益で 有効な 存在であるべく 力を与えて下さる為に、呼びかけて下さっているのだ。
