Prayer for the Day
今日の祈り

I pray that all who come in contact with me will feel better for it.
私との出会い を与えられる人々の 全てが、何か!良いモノを 得る事が 出来ます様に。

I pray that I may be careful not to harbor those things in my heart that put people off.
人々との関わり を遮るモノを、私の中に 止めて措く事が無い様に 導いて下さい。

AA Thought for the Day
今日のAA

I have lost many of my resentments.
私は 恨みから、かなり 解放されてきた。

I have found that getting even with people doesn't do any good.
ヤラれたら 仕返しをしよう!とする 姿勢は、結局 私にとって 良いモノでは無い!と云う事に気付いた。

When we try to get revenge, instead of making us feel better, it leaves us frustrated and cheated.
復讐しよう!とする時、気分が 良くなるのでは無く、イライラと、翻弄されている 自分を感じる。

Instead of punishing our enemies, we've only hurt our own peace of mind.
敵に 打撃を与えるより、私自身の 心の平和が 乱されているのだ。

It does not pay to nurse a grudge, it hurts us more than anyone else.
仕返しは 恨みを消す ノデハ無く、何よりも 私を傷つける。

Hate causes frustration, inner conflict, and neurosis.
憎しみは フラストレーションと 内的な葛藤を モタラし、ついには 神経症に迄 私を導いていく。

If we give out hate, we will become hateful.
もし 憎しみを 持ち続ければ、私は 憎しみに満ちたモノ となる。

If we are resentful, we will be resented.
もし、拒絶を維持すれば 拒絶される者 となるだろう。

If we do not like people, we will not be liked by people.
人々を嫌うなら、私も又 人々から 嫌われる。

Revengefulness is a powerful poison in our systems.
復讐心は 私達自身の中に在る 猛毒 である。

Have I lost my resentments?
私は 恨みから 解放されているか?


Meditation　for the Day
今日の黙想

It is not so much you, as the grace of God that is in you, that helps those around you.
周りの人々 を助ける事の出来る力は 私の中におられる 神 の恵みによるモノが 大きく、私自身によるモノは 小さい。

If you would help even those you dislike, you have to see that there is nothing in you to block the way, to keep God's grace from using you.
好ましくない人 を援助するには、私の中に 神の恵みを 遮るモノが無い様に、気をつけナケレバならない。

Your own pride and selfishness are the greatest blocks.
歪んだプライドと 自己中心性が 最大の障害物である。

Keep those out of the way and God's grace will flow through you into the lives of others.
此の二つを 取り除く事によって、神の恵みは 私から 他の人々の 生命の中に 流れ込む。

Then all who come in contact with you can be helped in some way.
此の様な私 と成る時、出会いを与えられる 全ての人々が 何か!の形で 助けられる。

Keep the channel open, free from those things that make your life futile and ineffective.
チャンネルが 詰まっていない様に､。私の生命を 不毛と無効に 陥れる障害物から 解放させよう。
