全ての仕事を、与えられたチャレンジ!として 受け止めさせて下さい。

I know I cannot wholly fail if God is with me.
貴方が 共に居て下さる限り、完全なる失敗は 無い!と云う事を 知る事が 出来ます様に。

Having got this far, shall we pause and ask ourselves some searching questions?
此処迄 歩んできて 私達はひと息入れ、幾つかの 自分を照らす問いかけを してみよう。

We need to check up on ourselves periodically.
私達は 定期的に 自分自身をチェックする 必要が有る。

Just how good an AA am I?
私は どの位 良いAAメンバーだろうか?

Am I attending meetings regularly?
私は 定期的に ミーティングに参加しているか?

Am I doing my share to carry the load?
私は 自分の担うべきモノを 担っているか?

When there is something to be done, do I volunteer?
しナケレバならない事が有る時、私は 自発的に 其れを行っているか?

Do I speak at meetings when asked, no matter how nervous I am?
ミーティングに参加して 緊張している時でも 指名されたら 話しているか?

Do I accept each opportunity to do twelfth-step work as a challenge?
12番目のステップを 実践する機会が 与えられたら、積極的に 受け止めているか?

Do I give freely of my time and money?
私は 自分の時間と お金を、ケチらず使っているか?

Am I trying to spread AA wherever I go?
私が訪れる所に、AAプログラムを 伝えよう!としているか?

Is my daily life a demonstration of AA principles?
私の 日々の生き方は AAプログラムの原理の 実践となっているか？

Am I a good AA?
私は プログラムを 生きているか?

今日の黙想

How do I get strength to be effective and to accept responsibility?
責任をとり、有効な人となる 為の力は どの様にして 身につくのだろうか?

By asking the Higher Power for the strength I need each day.
私は毎日、ハイヤーパワーに 強さを 求める必要がある。

It has been proved in countless lives that for every day I live, the necessary power shall be given me.
其れは、今日一日 私が必要とする力は与えられる!と云う 真理に生きる 事で、数え切れない人々の歴史が 物語っている。

I must face each challenge that comes to me during the day, sure that God will give me the strength to face it.
今日 私に訪れる あらゆる出来事を 乗り越える為の力は、神が 必ず!お与え下さる と云う確信を以て 直面しよう。

For every task that is given me, there is also given me all the power necessary for the performance of that task.
与えられた あらゆる仕事に対して、其の仕事を 行う為の 必要な力と援助は 全て!与えられるのだ。

I do not need to hold back.
