今日の祈り

I pray that I may always feel God's presence.
貴方の臨在 を常に 感じる事が出来ます様に。

I pray that I may realize this Presence constantly all through the day.
一日を通して、貴方が 共に居て下さる事を 絶え間なく 認識出来ます様に。


AA Thought for the Day
今日のAA思考

When we were drinking, we used to be ashamed of the past.
飲んでいた頃 の私達は、自分の過去を 恥じる事に 慣れていた。

Remorse is terrible mental punishment: ashamed of ourselves for the things we've said and done, afraid to face people because of what they might think of us, afraid of the consequences of what we did when we were drunk.
自責の痛み は過酷な 精神的罰である。私達は 自分が 言ったり したり した事を 恥じていた。私の事を どう思っているだろうか?と思う時、他の人と 顔を合わせる事が 怖かった。酔った時、してしまった結果 を恐れていた。

In AA we forget about the past.
AAに参加して、私達は 自分の過去 を忘れている。

Do I believe that God has forgiven me for everything I've done in the past, no matter how black it was, provided I'm honestly trying to do the right thing today?
今日 現在、正しい生き方 をしよう!と 心から正直に 努力している。其の事を以て、喩え 過去に どの様な良くない事をしてしまった としても、神は 全てを 許して下さっている!と 信じているか?


Meditation for the Day
今日の黙想

God's spirit is all about you all day long.
神のスピリット(霊)は、一瞬の間も 私の傍を 離れない。

You have no thoughts, no plans, no impulses, no emotions, that He does not know about.
だから 私の 思いも計画も衝動も感情も、全て ご存じないモノは無い。

You can hide nothing from Him.
神から隠せるモノは 何も無い。

Do not make your conduct conform only to that of the world and do not depend on the approval or disapproval of others.
世の中の目 に対してダケ 自分を繕っても(ツクロッテモ) 仕方が無い。世の中の評価 にのみ 頼るのも 本質的に 意味が無い。

God sees in secret, but He rewards openly.
神 は見えない所で 隠れた部分を 見ておられ、しかも 其の結果は 明らかなモノ とされる。

If you are in harmony with the Divine Spirit, doing your best to live the way you believe God wants you to live, you will be at peace.
此の偉大なスピリット との調和 を求め、御旨に従う生き方 に全力を 投入するなら、平安は 其の人のモノとなる。
