今日の祈り

I pray that I may become a channel for God's spirit.
貴方の スピリットのチャンネル となる事が出来ます様に。

I pray that God's spirit may flow through me into the lives of others.
貴方のスピリットが、私を通して 他の人々の生命に 流れ込む事が出来ます様に。


AA Thought for the Day
今日のAA思考

We've gotten rid of our false, drinking selves and found our real, sober selves.
私達は、飲み続ける 本当の私でない私 を捨て、ソーバーに生きる 本物の私自身!を 取り戻した。

And we turn to God, our Father, for help, just as the Prodigal Son arose and went to his father.
放蕩息子が 我に返って 父の元に戻った様に、私達は 私達の父である 神 に顔を向け 助けを求めるのだ。

At the end of the story, the father of the Prodigal Son says:
此の 放蕩息子の物語の終りに 父親は こう言っている。

“He was dead and is alive again, he was lost and is found.”
「彼は死んでいた が、再び 生き返ったのだ。失われていた彼が 戻ってきたのだ。」

We alcoholics who have found sobriety in AA were certainly dead and are alive again.
AAで ソブラエティを見い出した 私達アルコホリックは、正に 死から生き返った者達 なのだ。

We were lost and are found.
迷子になっていたが 戻ってきたのだ。

Am I alive again?
私は今、本物の生き方をしているか?


Meditation for the Day
今日の黙想

Gently breathe in God's spirit, that spirit which, if not barred out by selfishness, will enable you to do good works.
自己中心的な思い から解放される時、私のスピリット(霊)は 静かに 神のスピリットの中に 吸い込まれ、良い仕事を する事が出来る。

This means rather that God will be enabled to do good works through you.
言葉を換えていえば、神が 私を通して 良い仕事が御出来になる!と云う事を 意味している。

You can become a channel for God's spirit to flow through you and into the lives of others.
私は、私を通して流れる 神のスピリットの チャンネルとなり、他の人々の 生命に伝わる。

The works that you can do will only be limited by your spiritual development.
私の能力は、私の スピリチュアル(霊的)な成長の 限界に止まる。

Let your spirit be in harmony with God's spirit and there is no limit to what you can do in the realm of human relationships.
私のスピリットを 神のスピリットに 調和させよう。ソウする事によって、人間関係の中で 私の出来る事は 無限となる。
