I pray that I may love the simple things of life.
人生の 単純な事柄 を愛する事が出来ます様に。

I pray that I may keep my life uncomplicated and free.
私の人生が 複雑さ から解放され、自由なモノ となります様に。


AA Thought for the Day
今日のAA思考

The Prodigal Son “took his journey into a far country and wasted his substance with riotous living.”
放蕩息子は、「家から離れて 遠い国に渡り、自分の持ち物を 全て 放蕩の生活に使い果たした。」

That's what we alcoholics do.
私達アルコホリックは、正に同じ事を している。

We waste our substance with riotous living.
持ち物を全て 放蕩な生き方で 失う。

“When he came to himself, he said: ‘I will arise and go to my father.’ ”
「我に返った時 彼は呟いた。『私は 立ち上がって 父の元に帰ろう』。」

That's what you do in AA.
AAでする事は、正に 此の事なのだ。

You come to yourself.
私達は 我に返った。

Your alcoholic self is not your real self.
アルコホリックの私は、本当の私 では無い。

Your sane, sober, respectable self is your real self.
正直で・ソーバーで・尊重されるべき私が 本物の私自身!なのだ。

That's why we alcoholics are so happy in AA.
だから私達アルコホリックは AAに居る時、こんなにも 幸せなのだ。

Have I come to myself?
私は 我に返ったか?

Simplicity is the keynote of a good life.
単純 である事は、良い生き方の 鍵 である。

Choose the simple things always.
いつも 単純な事を 選ぶ様に 努めよう。

Life can become complicated if you let it be so.
人生は、私が ソウ望むならば、とても 複雑怪奇なモノ となる。

You can be swamped by difficulties if you let them take up too much of your time.
複雑 を好み、其の様な生き方を 選ぶなら、困難の中に 沈む事になる。

Every difficulty can be either solved or ignored and something better substituted for it.
全ての困難は 解決されるか!又は 無視されるか!、或いは 現在よりも 良いモノに 置き換えられるか!である。

Love the humble things of life.
人生の 小さな事柄を 愛そう。

Reverence the simple things.
単純な事を。

Your standard must never be the world's standard of wealth and power.
私達の基準は 決して 世界の富や 権力に 置かれてはならない。
