どうも皆さんこんにちは
今回下記URLのコミュニティ主催で、スペシャルイベントお花見国際パーティーを開きたいと思います

実は4月1日に国際花見パーティー開催しましたが、
今年は桜の咲き始めが遅いため、
もう1回同じ場所でやっちゃおうと思います

4月1日と同じく参加費は
ワンコイン
加えて今度は男性の皆さんには、何か料理を一品ずつ、
女性の皆さんには、何かお酒を一品ずつお持ち頂きます
前回と逆ですよー
注意して下さい
是非2回とも参加して、桜がどんな風に変化するのか観察しちゃいましょう
また、2回とも参加してくれた方には、
わたしたち主催の国際交流パーティーの参加費を500円引きさせて頂きます

4月8日(日) 13:00〜17:00
場所
広尾 有栖川宮記念公園
東京都港区南麻布５丁目７−２９

集合は、有栖川宮記念公園入り口入ったところに12時50分に来てください
広尾駅からは、1番出口を地上に出て、左に向かいます。
すぐ十字路にあたりますので、そこを左折してしばらく道なりに歩くと、
右手斜め前に公園入り口が見えてきます。
遅れてきた方は、入口入って右手側の通路に沿って坂を登ってください。
公園が見えますので、そのまま公園を突っ切ると、
右手側にお花見会場が見えてきます。
会費
男女 500円
更に
男性は、シェア出来る料理1品ずつ(2〜3人分くらい)
女性は、シェアできる料理1品ずつ
お持ちください
持込がなかった場合＋500円とさせて頂きます。

Q. 初めての参加ですが大丈夫ですか？
A. 毎回初参加の方必ずいてスタッフもいるのでアットホームな雰囲気です
Q. 他の交流会との違いはありますか？
A. 一人一人の目的を引き出して、友達作りや、
なにかしら成長できる環境のお手伝いをします
また、せっかく来たのに、あんまり喋れなかった・・・といったことが起きないように、
スタッフ一同最大の配慮をさせて頂きます
Q. 女性一人の参加で心配です。
A. セクハラ行為や不快になるような行為は禁止しています
そのような方がいたら幹事やスタッフまでご連絡下さい
Q. お友達を連れて行っても大丈夫ですか？
A. もちろんです人数をコメントに記入ください
Q. 遅れそうなのですが大丈夫ですか？
A. 事前にこのイベントに記載するか、上記当日の連絡先までご連絡下さい
Q. 英語が出来ないんですが、大丈夫ですか？
A. なるべく日本語が話せる外国人も集めていますし、英語の話せるスタッフが助けてくれますので大丈夫です

当コミュニティでは、健全なオフ会を運営していくため、下記にあたる方はご遠慮頂いています。
■暴力団関係の方
■宗教、ネットワークビジネスの勧誘目的で参加される方
■女性に過度なセクハラを行う方
■酒癖が悪く、参加者や運営に迷惑をかける方
後からそのようなことが発覚した場合、イベント実施中でも途中でご退場頂きます。

The charge is just only 500 yen!!
and we'd like you to bring any alcohol.
Please join 1st and 2nd Hanami party, and watch how the cherry blossoms will be changed♪
In addition, if you join both of them, we'll give you a free drink ticket you can use at international parties we provide.

Hiroo Arisukawamiya Kinen Koen
Minamiazabu 5-7-29, Minato ku, Tokyo

We are going to gather at inside of Arisukawamiya Kinen Koen at 12:50pm
You need to go Exit1 of the Hiroo station, and then go left.
You'll reach a intersection, so turn left there and go straight along the road.
You'll be able to see the park entrance on your right hand.
If you are late, please go to the right side of the road and follow the slope. Then, you can see the park, so go straight into the park, and you can see the Hanami place at your right hand.
☆Subscription☆
Male&Female: only 500 yen!!
Please bring one alcohol or food.
If you don't bring one of them, you need to pay more 500 yen.

A: Of course!! There'll be some new faces like you and we have some friendly staffs.
Q: Are there any different points between other communities?
A: We help you to make friends, personal growth, exchange languages naturally.
In addition, we're sure that you don't feel unhappy, such as you can't speak someone well, as we'll make best consideration.
Q: I'm worried since I'm a girl and alone.
A: We forbid to do something like sexual harassment and so on.
If you find someone like that, please let us know immediately.
Q: Can I bring my friends?
A: Of course! You can bring your friends up to have a full evening of entertainment.
Q: I might be late. Is it okay?
A: Please write it down here or call the contact information of the day.
Q: I don't speak English well..
A: Don't worry. We invite foreigner who can speak Japanese as much as possible, and we have staffs who can speak English.
☆ATTENTION☆
We provide a safety communication, so we forbid someone like following people to join us.
■The person who belongs to gang groups.
■The person who wants to invite their religion or multilevel distributionship.
■The person who does sexual harassment.
■The person who is a bad drinker.
If we find such the person after having party, we'll ban his/her immediately even if it's during the party, and we DON'T refund the subscription.
