サークル設立から約3ヶ月経ち、Meetupのメンバー数も200人を超えました。最近の交流会では38名が参加され、今後も多くの参加が予想されます。今までは一人で運営してきたのですが、さすがに対応が困難になってきました。前回のサークルでは一部の会員の方に運営方法を説明して手伝って頂けたので、とても助かりました。そこで、今後の交流会を円滑に運営するにあたり、アシスタントオーガナイザーおよびテーブルオーガナイザーを募集したいと思います。また、同時に第一回公開サークル運営ミーティングを開きたいと思います。ミーティングでは今後の方向性を決めていきたいと思います。
集合場所は前回と同じくソニープラザです。また、時間は4:00 - 6:00PMの2時間です。
参加者は今後のアシスタントオーガナイザーおよびテーブルオーガナイザーとして登録されます。テーブルオーガナイザーの役割としては、1つのテーブル（6人程度）を担当し、メンバー紹介・トピックの提示等を行います。
語学力は問いません！自分のレベルにあった人を集めてテーブルを担当するので、より深い活動内容が期待できます。

日曜日（7月30日）も通常の交流会ありますので、両方参加もOKです！

Working Meeting / Conference 1 –Assistant Organizers Wanted! to run our Language Exchange group-

Hello everyone. Konbanwa!

It has been three months since we started up our group. We are successful so far. Now we have more than 200 members and 38 members attended last time.

I got some help from members to organize the group last time and I think we need regular assistant organizers.

WE NEED HELP!

This time, to make our group much more fun, we will have a working meeting on this coming Sat. We will discuss how we organize the group including special events and how we do the language exchanges academically.

We will meet at the Sony Plaza and have a meeting for 2 hours (4:00 - 6:00PM)

Attendees will be considered as assistant organizers or table organizers for regular meetup (next meetup). Responsibilities of a table organizer would be organizing a study-table with 6 people, introducing members each other and providing discussion topics.

We do not ask your languages skills and you can organize the table which is appropriate for your language levels.
It should not be difficult to be a table organizer and should be fun!!

Assistant organizers will get event information first.
We will also have a regular Japanese meetup on Sun (next day) so you can attend both.
