Our forth meetup was a big fun! There were 23 members coming. We have now enough members to be grouped by language levels. I hope you can meet more language exchange partners easily in this way. We went to Izakaya (Japanese restaurant) after the study.
This time, I am looking forward to meeting you for the fifth meetup. The meeting place is the same as last time “Sony Plaza” public area.
There is another event after the study. It is Tanabata Matsuri organized by JNYC meetup group.
Description: Japan's Star Festival "Tanabata" Saturday, July 8, 6:30 - 11 pm Come celebrate Tanabata, the star festival of Japan! Live performances for Tanabata legend, Yukata contest, Yo-Yo fishing, Yakisoba, and many many more.
You need admission fee and student discount is available. You can also get discount by advanced tickets. Please check the website above for more details.
It is said that there were more than 150 people joined this party last time! Please bring your own "Yukata" and you will get something special!
We have regular meetup 4:00-6:00PM and after that we will join this event.
Our Japanese meetup group is growing so fast and we need your help and understanding. If you have any suggestions to improve this group, please let me know.
Please bring your Japanese text books if you have and even Manga can be a good source! \(^-^)/
